Scope of Work: This project consisted of the conversion of a white-boxed commercial/industrial space into a craft sake brewery and taproom. ABS provided full MEP design for the project, including specification of the refrigeration equipment to the client’s standards. The HVAC design included provisions for tightly controlled temperature and humidity levels in a few areas as required for the sake-making process.
