Scope of Work: This restaurant was previously a craft butcher that unfortunately closed before their renovation project was fully signed-off. ABS was able to take over as engineer of record and design modification to the existing plumbing, electrical, and sprinkler systems installed for the previous business to support the updated kitchen and revised programming of Daily Provisions.
