Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the renovation of an existing cafe for a new location of ‘Best Bar in the World 2019’, Dante. Wood-fired cooking was a critical aspect of the project and a ‘Smoghog’ PCU was placed on the roof in conjunction with the Type 2 exhaust hood serving the wood-fired grill pictured. A Captivaire ‘Core’ System was implemented for fire-suppression in the kitchen.
