Scope of Work: ABS provided electrical, plumbing and sprinkler design for the refresh and re-organization of the Times Square location of Dean & Deluca. The kitchen and back of house areas were reorganized and plumbing and electrical modified to accept the updated kitchen equipment layouts. Ceilings were removed and adjusted and thus lighting and sprinklers were modified as well based on the proposed layouts.
