Scope of Work: This project consisted of the combination of two adjacent apartments into one full-floor unit. Existing infrastructure that could not be removed/relocated resulted in sculptural element likes the metalized plaster trees growing out of the lacquered wood ‘lake’ concealing riser elbows shown here. Six bedrooms were reduced to four while seven bathrooms remained as well as a wine room, gym, and large home office.
