Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the conversion of a white-boxed dry retail space into a “fast-casual” pizzeria in the East Village. Challenges in the design included accommodating a large gas-fired pizza oven and relocating a standpipe siamese on the facade that conflicted with the proposed storefront design.
