Scope of Work: This was the first of three (3) full-floor tenant fit-out projects ABS provided MEP design services for in this building. Existing A/C units were left to remain with all new ductwork distribution and an ERV added to provide energy-efficient ventilation of the space. Core bathrooms were completely re-configured to provide additional fixtures and ADA compliance.
