Scope of Work: ABS provided MEP design services for the fitout of Korea-based lifestyle and fashion brand Zazen Bear. One of the cooler points of the design was the 2-story green wall, stretching from the below-grade yoga studio to the 1st floor entrance. Innovative lighting strategies were employed by the architectural team and care was taken in designing and coordinating the locations of sprinklers and HVAC diffusers around the ceiling details.
